Producer
Yeringberg is one of the Yarra Valley's founding estates, established in 1863 by Swiss immigrant Baron Guillaume de Pury and now in its fifth generation. The estate is run by siblings Sandra de Pury (winemaker, with a background in oenology and as a chef in Hong Kong) and David de Pury (viticulturist, with a PhD in plant physiology). The wines are made in small quantities from estate-grown fruit, with a focus on elegance and site expression that has defined Yeringberg across generations.
