As the name suggests, this wine is Fresh AF! An unlikely blend of Nero d'Avola co-fermented with Zibibbo. The Nero brings the bright and crunchy red fruit profile with flavours like boysenberry, red currant and some nice floral notes, and the Zibibbo brings some aromatic lift and extra pizazz! Serve chilled if you like; it's refreshing and easy drinking either way.


Unico-Zelo is the brainchild of winemaking couple Laura and Mark Carter. While they are based in the Adelaide Hills, they source fruit more broadly than that, including fruit from Riverland and Clare Valley in their range. Their focus lands mostly on Italian and Mediterranean varieties that fare well in the Australian climate, they also produce spirits and vermouths with native Australian plants. Laura and Mark's personality and passion seep through when you look at and taste every bottle. They have a fun-loving approach, steadfast dedication to making great wine naturally (without excessive additions), and care for the land in which they farm.
