Made in the traditional method by Sparkling wine guru Stefano Lubiana, it’s like Champagne, maybe even better, without the price tag and we’re supporting a fantastic Australian producer. This fizz will make the perfect first glass on Christmas Day.
The Brut Reserve NV is a multi-vintage blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir that includes some of the most recent vintage and some aged reserve wine. It is consistently one of Australia's best sparkling wines and would rival most of the big-name Champagnes, too. Bright and pure with a delicate and refreshing bead, notes of honey, lemon, and salt air emerge from the glass. Stone fruit flavours, like nectarine and apples, some salinity, and doughiness are found on the palate.

2022 Castro Martin Albarino, Rias Baixas, Spain
Something light, refreshing and perfect with seafood. Impress your guests with something not so common in Australia, Albarino!
Fermented in stainless steel with naturally occurring yeast to retain all its natural freshness over the 3-4 weeks; after fermentation, the wine is aged on lees for a further 6-8 weeks. The wine is then cold-stabilised and bottled without filtration. The wine is aromatic with pear, crisp green apple and salty air; the palate is fresh, textural, and savoury, all due to the extended lees aging. Crisp and refreshing, it is a fabulous accompaniment to seafood or fresh summer dishes.

2023 Bannockburn Chardonnay, Geelong, Victoria
Rich, complex and restrained Chardonnay from local icon Bannockburn Vineyards will be sure to please all tastes and pair perfectly with any buttery seafood dishes, roast Chicken, Turkey or Ham.
Successfully toeing the line between richness and power and purity and drive, all in perfect harmony. A blend of Chardonnay fruit from across the estates' established vines. The fruit was handpicked, whole bunch pressed, settled over night and racked to a mixture of old and 20% new French oak. 70% of the wine went through full Malolactic fermentation and the remainder was blocked. The wine was left on lees unstirred for 10 months prior to blending and bottling.

2023 Triennes Rose Provence, France
Dry Provincial Rose will also pair perfectly with some smoked salmon and Creme Fraiche but is also great for just drinking in the sunshine and polishing off any left-overs.
Fragrant notes of strawberry, vanilla and fresh white flavours, the palette has some tasty notes of pomegranate, strawberry and wet stone, which are bright, refreshing and elegant.

2021 Spinifex Syrah Barossa, South Australia
The perfect BBQ wine with enough depth, tannin and body to match all your red meat options but it also has enough acid to sit comfortably on a Summer’s table.
Classic Barossa Valley fruit but through a modern lens offering stacks of perfume, dark, densely flavoured fruit, some well-integrated whole-bunch character and bright acidity that has been retained from slightly earlier picking than is typical for the region.

2018 Fraser Gallop Cabernet Sauvignon Margaret River, Western Australia
A fuller, richer red with a little bit of age sitting in a great drinking window, pour with your main meal and finish with some cheese.
Fragrant with blackberry and boysenberry fruit, dried sage, bay leaf and cedar, the palate is lively with plenty of dense flavours in the mid-palate, and the finish has some gravel and cocoa with grippy tannins. This wine is in a beautiful drinking window but would age effortlessly for another 10.
