With crunchy green apple, sweet lemon, white florals and hints of pastry, the palate continues on the same theme with a balanced bead and dry, refreshing finish. It is made from estate-grown Chardonnay and Pinot Noir with an added portion of solera reserve wine that is added to each year, which now contains 10 different vintages, adding to the complexity of this wine.

Beautifully aromatic, textural and fresh making it the perfect accompaniment to pre-lunch nibbles.
Crisp and aromatic with hallmark flavours of pear, sweet citrus, ripe peach, and almond, and some nice minerality and wet stone character on the finish.

2022 Chalk Hill Chardonnay Adelaide Hills, South Australia
Chardonnay can sometimes be polarising but this style sits on the fence with texture, richness and also freshness and a dry savoury finish making it a great pairing for seafood dishes but would also work with chicken, turkey and vegetable sides.
An Elegant and refined Chardonnay from Adelaide Hills that offers zesty lemon and white nectarine aromas, along with a hint of minerality and a struck match. The oak is noticeable but well-integrated. The wine has a refreshing acidity that balances the richer fruit flavours like peach.

2021 Amherst North South Shiraz Pyrenees, Victoria
A fuller, richer red to pair with the main meal and maybe some post-lunch cheese.
The grapes for this wine are sourced from three vineyards in the Pyrenees region, specifically around Moonambel and Landsborough. The wine features flavours of dark fruits like blackberry and plum, complemented by hints of spice and cedar. It has silky tannins and has been crafted with careful oak use. With its bright acidity, structured tannins, and overall balance, this wine can be cellared for over 8 years. However, thanks to its ripe dark fruit it is also very enjoyable now.
