Bindi is an esteemed boutique winery in the Macedon Ranges, Victoria, led by winemaker and owner Michael Dhillon. The specialties are Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, with some Riesling, Grenache, and Rose now being made and some Heathcote Shiraz under the Pyrette label from a separate vineyard. Michael Dhillon's philosophy is to seek balance and purity through the expression of his individual vineyards.
