Pooley Pinot Noir 2023

The estate Pinot Noir is a blend of fruit from Butchers Hill and Cooinda vineyards, with some additional fruit from neighbouring properties in the Coal River Valley. It has bright red fruit flavours like strawberry and raspberry, complemented by underlying notes of pepper, spice, and cocoa. The aromatics, bright lifted flavours, and ripe tannins work together seamlessly to create an elegant Pinot Noir.
