This Cabernet is made with fruit from the Sheaok Vineyard. Although it has a dark, brooding and nuanced flavour profile, it still falls into the medium-bodied category. It has a silky texture and noticeable but ripe tannins. Aromas of cassis, warm spice, and menthol, along with flavours of blackberry and olive tapenade, fill the glass. It has bright acidity and a long finish. It's a beautifully balanced wine, but it would be interesting to see how it develops with some age.<br>
