Redbank 'Emily' NV

Made using Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in the 'method traditional,' which is the same method used to make Champagne, this wine is bright and crisp with a balanced mouthfeel. Its flavours include green apple, yellow grapefruit, and citrus zest, complemented by some more savoury flavours like cashew, button mushroom, and toast. The mid-palate is creamy and rounded, and it finishes with refreshing citrus.
