A parcel of Pinot Noir from a 2007 planting in the Moorabool Valley.
¥ Farmed on organic principles, hand picked, hand pruned, unirrigated.
¥ Mixed clay topsoil over a limestone base.
¥ Natural yeast fermentation with a portion of whole bunch.
¥ Matured in French oak, of which 10% was new, for 10 months.
¥ 120 dozen produced.
¥ Vinified with the help of Matt Holmes at Bannockburn Vineyards.
