An early picked and gently pressed light red based on a 1974 planting of Moorabool Valley Shiraz.
• Farmed on organic principles, hand picked, hand pruned, unirrigated.
• Mixed clay topsoil over a limestone base.
• Natural yeast fermentation
• Matured in a neutral vessel on fermentation lees for 10 months.
• Unfined and unfiltered. 90 dozen produced.
• Vinified with the help of James Thomas at Heroes Vineyard.
• Best enjoyed with a gentle chill.
