"This wine is made from estate-grown fruit and harvested in the early hours of the morning before undergoing a cold soak. The fruit was then fermented in stainless steel tanks before spending 12 months in French Oak.
The 2020 season saw a classic cool climate with ample rainfall and cool temperatures followed by a sunny and dry autumn which resulted in slow, even ripening."
