Bannockburn Vineyards was established in the early 1970s by Stuart Hooper on the Moorabool Valley slopes near Geelong, inspired by the great wines of Burgundy. The estate has built a reputation for elegant, site-driven Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, with plantings on volcanic soils that contribute mineral complexity. Now under the stewardship of a new generation, Bannockburn continues to produce wines of finesse and restraint.
