Mcpherson 'Sunburnt' Chardonny

Jo Nash and the Mcpherson winemaking team have built an enviable reputation over the past 5 - 10 years for their 'entry level' wines which continue to overdeliver in terms of quality and sheer drinkability for the asking price. This Chardonnay is sourced from the sunny Goulburn Valley which produces wines with an abundance of generous, ripe fruit character paired with fresh acidity thanks to the cool nights.
This wine was barrel fermeted and left on lees for an extended period; both with the intention of building texture and generous mouthfilling flavour.
