<span data-preserver-spaces="true">A field blend, including Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc, and Pinot Grigio, but varying from year to year, all fermented on skins for a few days to extract colour, flavour, and texture, then pressed into a concrete egg for the remainder of the ferment. The resulting wine is, of course, orange in appearance with superb aromatics like peach and apple. It is lively, textural, and seamless. It is a great entry point to the world of orange or amber wine.
