Rich, full and creamy in texture, the palate is dominated by mouth-filling flavours of ripe peaches and apricots with honeycomb, traces of butterscotch, toasty oak and cinnamon spice then moving in. A lick of fresh acidity on the finish counterpoints the round textured mouthfeel and provides balance.
