Key Responsibilities

  • Process sales and handle transactions

  • Provide customer advice and support

  • Receive and unpack stock deliveries

  • Prepare and deliver customer orders

  • Maintain store displays and visual merchandising

  • Assist with in-store wine tastings

  • General store upkeep and cleaning

  • Opening and closing the store

What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills

  • Genuine interest in wine and a desire to keep learning

  • Basic computer skills (POS and Microsoft applications)

  • Physical capacity for some heavy lifting

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Availability on some weekends

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Formal wine education

  • Wine service experience in retail or hospitality

  • Manual driver’s licence
