Chalmers 'Mother Block' White

Vermentino and Fiano predominantly with touches of Grechetto, Greco, Glera, and Pinot Bianco, all co-fermented on full solids and then sent to stainless steel tanks for maturation on fine lees. This white field blend is zippy and zingy in the right ways, with flavours of lemon zest, passionfruit pulp, and fresh pineapple, a refreshing line of acid through the centre, and a long finish.<br>
