A field blend of lesser-known native Italian white varieties, Vermentino, Ansonica, Inzolia, Pecorino, Falanghina, Moscato Giallo, and Nosiola, all destemmed and co-fermented slowly on skins to extract all that lovely flavour and texture. The wine is then pressed and aged in tank for 6 months. It is beautifully fragrant and has an exotic flavour profile with ripe melon, stone fruit, fresh citrus juice, and a nice phenolic grip. While being packed full of character, it is still a great introduction to skin contact whites.
