Made with mostly Gargengega and a little bit of Trebbiano from vineyards in Bardolino and Valpolicella. Juicy and vibrant with lively notes of citrus and fresh flowers, a little bit salty and waxy. It is a beautiful wine for a warm summer's day, perfect as an aperitif or for any Pinot Gris or Sauvignon Blanc drinker.


Babo is Justin Bubb's Italian project; Justin is best known in Australia for his works with his wife, Anna Pooley, at Pooley Vineyards in Tasmania. Justin began his winemaking career in Italy, working for a large company in  Chianti, Tuscany. It was here he realised he had the opportunity, with his Italian connections, to make some great value Italian wines that he could market in Australia. Babo makes Prosecco, Nebbiolo and Soave, to name a few.
