Delatite Pinot Gris

This Pinot Gris has the typical fruit characters of ripe pears that are common from Delatite's fruit but also with a some wonderful stone fruit and apple in the background with some floral notes.

The 2019 Growing season was warm and dry giving wonderfully full and ripe characteristics to our aromatic whites. Like all our Estate wines this Gris is Biodynamically grown and made without the use of synthetic sprays or enzymes in the winery with 100% wild yeast. No fining agents* were used in the making of this wine.

Whole bunch pressing gives juice that is low in skin colour and phenolics yielding a juice (and subsequent wine) that is pure in its fruit character.
