Scotchmans Hill Shiraz

This wine has ripe plum, white pepper, cocoa, and spice flavours, complimented by a well-integrated oak influence and fine grained tannins. 15% of the fruit was left as whole bunches for fermentation, 30% was vinified in new French oak, and the rest was old. It's open and plush and ready to be enjoyed.<br>
