Mulline Sutherlands Creek Chardonnay

<p class="MsoNormal">There are aromas of green apple, peach, struck match and white flowers. The palate is full and broad, but a strong line of acid runs through the middle, keeping it lively enough. There are flavours of fresh cream, lees, and some zesty citrus. It's bright and fully flavoured. The fruit for this wine comes from the Strathmore Vineyard in Sutherlands Creek, which is part of the Moorabool Valley sub-region. The soil is a mix of grey and brown loam, clay loam and fragmented granite, which adds to the complexity of this wine. 25% of the fruit went into new French oak, that portion went through full Malo, and the rest went into old oak.
