Juniper Estate 'Original Red'

Elegant and expansive flavours of blackberry, plum, and red currant with hints of cassis, dark chocolate, and cedar, some lifted herbal notes, ripe grippy tannins, and a long finish. The blend is predominantly made up of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petit Verdot, fermented separately for 21 days on skins, then aged for 12 months in oak barriques and hogsheads, 5% of which are new.<br>
