Volcanic soils fired by ancient Silurian eruptions gift rich minerality to three defined climats—Lodestone, Hommage, Garamond—where non-irrigated, low-yielding Pinot Noir vines surrender to the Southern Ocean's moderating breath. Kevin Bell's philosophy champions organic viticulture and patient indigenous fermentation, letting whole berries express terroir's pure tone with minimal new oak.
