Nick Spencer lovingly crafts wines from the ancient soils of Gundagai, Young, and Tumbarumba, all located within the Hilltops region of New South Wales. He draws inspiration from Australia’s short yet rich winemaking history and takes pleasure in creating blends reminiscent of the traditional Clarets and Red Burgundies of the past. He is also looking to the future and making wines with alternative varieties such as Glera, Sangiovese, Malbec and Tempranillo under his P.A.R. label, all varieties that fare well in hot, dry climates.
