Two Tonne is a small Tasmanian producer established in 2013 by winemaker Ricky Evans in the Tamar Valley. The name references the modest quantities of fruit Evans started with. The focus is on Riesling, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from estate vineyards and select growers across Tasmania, with a particular emphasis on Tamar Valley sub-regional expression.
