A delectable blend of Zibibbo, Gewurtztraminer, Moscato Giallo, and Greco from sites in the Clare Valley and Riverland regions. All fermented naturally on skins to extract all that lovely colour, flavour and texture. It is packed full of flavour with notes of mandarin, ginger and some little hints of musk. Its fragrant, expressive and a pure joy to drink.


Unico-Zelo is the brainchild of winemaking couple Laura and Mark Carter. While they are based in the Adelaide Hills, they source fruit more broadly than that, including fruit from Riverland and Clare Valley in their range. Their focus lands mostly on Italian and Mediterranean varieties that fare well in the Australian climate, they also produce spirits and vermouths with native Australian plants. Laura and Mark's personality and passion seep through when you look at and taste every bottle. They have a fun-loving approach, steadfast dedication to making great wine naturally (without excessive additions), and care for the land in which they farm.
