"Tinto is made in the young nuevo style grown from organic Shiraz from Osmington. Simply harvested in the cool morning light, wild fermented in open bins then basket pressed off to tank before sugar completion. Natural malo, racked, blended bottled. No additions, finings nor filtration to bottle. Only minimal sulphur."
