Domaine Les Fouques Tradition
Rosehip, peach iced tea, redcurrant, a little bit earthy too. Red fruits, a gentle glycerol feel with some powdery grip, maybe some almond and fennel, juicy acidity with a blood orange tang, almost into Campari, with a bright and chalky finish of good length. Really good. I like the flesh and flavour of it. And it drinks very well. Excellent.- Gary Walsh, The Wine Front 93 Points

Domaine les Fonques is managed by Yves Gros, with his daughter Christell taking care of the winemaking. They own 17 hectares of land in sunny Provence, where they practice biodynamic farming. In addition to vineyards, they also raise Guinea Fowl and Chickens, contributing to the biodiversity of their vineyard. Domaine les Fonques is a small, family-run operation which is a rarity for Provence Rose.
