A red/ white, multi-regional blend of five different varieties: Pinot Gris, Shiraz, Pinot Noir, and Sagrantino. All are fermented and vinified separately and expertly blended to produce a stunning wine designed to be drunk chilled—flavours of juicy blackcurrant, plum and rhubarb, with some pepper and minerality.
