An early picked and gently pressed light red based on a 1974 planting of Moorabool Valley Shiraz.
¥ Farmed on organic principles, hand picked, hand pruned, unirrigated.
¥ Mixed clay topsoil over a limestone base.
¥ Natural yeast fermentation
¥ Matured in a neutral vessel on fermentation lees for 10 months.
¥ Unfined and unfiltered. 90 dozen produced.
¥ Vinified with the help of James Thomas at Heroes Vineyard.
¥ Best enjoyed with a gentle chill.
