Background
"The 2021 season saw an unusually dry winter, followed by scattered Spring showers. Summer presented warm days and cool nights which resulted in steady ripening before harvesting began in Autumn from vibrant and luscious canopies.
This wine is made from estate-grown fruit, harvested in the early hours of the morning. The fruit was fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve fruit freshness and delicacy."
