Tim Adams Pinot Gris

Rather than removing the naturally occurring from Pinot Gris skins with winemaking techniques, Tim Adams has retained the slight blush in this wine to offer a true expression of the grape. Aromatic with rich orchard fruit like pear and peach, which also open up across the palate with some of the signature Clare Valley acidity that shines through on the finish.

Tim Adams and his wife Pam Goldsack established the winery in the Clare Valley in 1987 and have steadily built upon their brand over the years, purchasing more vineyards and expanding their winery. Tim Adams is now stocked in good bottle shops worldwide and is best known for making great Riesling, Shiraz and Pinot Gris.
