Kumeu River Village Pinot Gris

Vibrant aromas of peach, nectarine, pear, and white flowers leap from the glass. Zippy citrus acidity and a dry finish. A gentle whole-bunch press of the fruit is then fermented using only wild yeast, with some extended maturation on the yeast lees.
