Background
"The 2021 season was relatively cool allowing us to make a modern McLaren Vale Shiraz at the more elegant end of the spectrum with an electric palate of dark fruit, graphite, matchstick, and olive tapenade. Showing terrific length and layers of finesse the 21’ Shiraz is quite a-typical and highly approachable for any occasion, akin to cooler climate styles. There are no additions to this wine, the flavour, tannin and acid are as nature intended them to be."
