Bright, lifted Tempranillo from high-altitude vineyards displays aromas of plum, black cherry, baking spice, and licorice. The palate carries on the same theme with juicy upfront fruit, medium body, and drying tannins. The wine is produced entirely in stainless steel and is mainly left to ferment naturally with gentle extraction.<br>
